ARMR-PREP: NO EXCUSES!
This first phase of the workout program is designed to use anywhere in the world. Designed to prep the mind, body, and to mitigate injury. The portion of the workout is critical in keeping yourself physically active and accountable no matter where you are or what your are doing. ARMR-PREP was designed to be short and all encompassing throughout your week in the event you are traveling on the road, or have limited access to equipment or no equipment at all. When you sign in you will have access to a substitutions list that will guide you through movements that can be replaced and utilized without gym equipment.
ARMR-ON: THE CORE
This is our strength, power, and muscle recruitment phase of our program. In order to stay healthy, increase strength, and create a solid support structure around our joints, we must engage with resistance creating a solid fighting platform. Life demands strength, and this portion challenges us to activate our muscle fibers helping increase our overall strength and capability.
Your WILL/WHY/PURPOSE is what is going to drive you through this phase of the workout. This is our most intense portion of our training. ARMR-UP movements and methodologies including realistic and functional fitness that translate to reality and aspects of self defense. Our goal is to help you refine who you are and what you are capable of. There will be a weekly TWTF (The will to fight) test allowing you to mentally break through previous barriers and track your progress.
PRIVATE FACE BOOK COMMUNITY
Not only will you be getting all access to a 3 phase workout program, but you will be invited to a private face book group with a growing community of motivated and accountable people.This is one of the hidden gems of the program. Some of the members have already been calling it “a sanctuary of positivity and motivation”. Workouts will be posted in your training account for download, under the “My account” tab and click the drop down that says “My ARMR-UP workouts”.
Weekly workouts will also be delivered in PDF format via email every Sunday night.
Every Monday at 11AM EST Dom will be live here, in the ARMR-UP Facebook group, answering any questions you might have about the program. One lucky viewer will be selected to participate in a 1 on 1 Instagram live chat with Dom.

The Will to Fight tests
Each Monday we will have a new challenge and a chance to earn Dynamis The Will to Fight gear based off of scores and overall progress. This is the beginning to being able to track your progression.
